OLA enables global collaboration among education organisations and worker-educators to design and deliver courses for grassroots leaders of democratic worker organisations.

YGAP is an annual exposure and exchange programme for young staff
members of IFWEA affiliates and the labour organisations who are the
beneficiaries of their services. YGAP is a transformational learning
experience, designed to build a global knowledge community of worker
educators and labour organisers who share a common understanding of
global challenges and solidarity.
The programme targets young
educators, trade union and youth leaders between the ages of 18 – 35
years, who are computer literate, speak English and committed to
building a democratic labour movement.
The purpose of the SCSC programme is to build confidence, encourage
critical thinking and promote active participation which are necessary for
building vibrant, democratic organisations with an active membership. The courses in this programme supports online interaction between study circle facilitators in
different countries to share experiences on curricula, materials and pedagogy
