Foundation Skills For Social Change Certificate Program
The Foundation Skills For Social Change (FSSC) Certificate Programme is composed of a range of courses developed by IFWEA affiliates and which have been reviewed by at least two experts from other affiliates according to agreed criteria and requirements. The courses provide grassroots leaders with the opportunity to reflect on and share their experiences using participative and interactive activities. Youth Globalisation Awareness Programme
YGAP is an annual exposure and exchange programme for young staff members of IFWEA affiliates and the labour organisations who are the beneficiaries of their services.
YGAP is a transformational learning experience, designed to build a global knowledge community of worker educators and labour organisers who share a common understanding of global challenges and solidarity.
The programme targets young educators, trade union and youth leaders between the ages of 18 – 35 years, who are computer literate, speak English and committed to building a democratic labour movement.

The purpose of the SCSC programme is to build confidence, encourage critical thinking and promote active participation which are necessary for building vibrant, democratic organisations with an active membership. The courses in this programme supports online interaction between study circle facilitators in different countries to share experiences on curricula, materials and pedagogy of study circles that build a global knowledge community.
